I am a Catholic husband and father, Louisiana business owner, real estate broker and endurance athlete. The businesses may look different from the outside, but each asks the same thing of me: recognize value, accept responsibility and leave something stronger than I found it.
Professionally, I have spent more than two decades in Louisiana real estate, specializing in the recovery and disposition of corporate- and government-owned housing. That work carried responsibility through the full life of a property: acquisition, stabilization, rehabilitation, marketing and final sales negotiation. Today, I bring that operator’s perspective to commercial real estate, land, development, ownership and investment.

Faith gives the work its order.
My Catholic faith reminds me that success is not possession alone. It is the responsibility to use what I have been given with integrity, gratitude and service.
Though I went to Catholic school, I cannot say that I truly understood my faith then. My involvement with the ACTS program changed that. The April 2025 retreat at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church lit a fire in my faith.
It made faith more than something I had inherited. It became something I chose to live—with greater intention, through friendship, family, service and accountability.
Faith is not a separate part of my life. It is the order beneath every other part.

MICHELLE & ME
The life we have built together.
Although Michelle and I attended high school at the same time, it wasn’t until May 2000 that a mutual friend introduced us. From that moment forward, we were never apart again.
We married on April 26, 2003, at Our Lady of Wisdom Catholic Church in Lafayette. Since then, we have raised three children, built a home and created businesses together—including Bromair, a name formed from Breaux and Meagher.
Michelle is my soulmate and my best friend. She makes me a better person, and there is nowhere else I would rather be.
Marriage has taught me that building a life together can be hard. It requires patience, forgiveness, faith and choosing one another through every season. Much of this website carries my name, but the life behind it has always been ours.

WHAT MATTERS MOST
The family Michelle and I have built together.
Of everything I have helped build, nothing matters more than raising our three children.
Family gives the work its purpose. It is where faith becomes practice, where responsibility becomes personal and where the meaning of building something lasting begins.
BroMair brings together our family names: Bro from Breaux and Mair from Meagher. It is the company Michelle and I built together for our small portfolio of residential rental homes and commercial properties.
The name is personal because the work has always been shared—acquiring carefully, managing responsibly and building something lasting for our family.
